Founded in 2019, BIM is an independent financial consulting firm specialising in the structuring and execution of transactions and investment vehicles.
We work with entrepreneurs, shareholders, managers and investors on transactions that require a combination of financial and corporate structuring, access to capital and execution capability. Our approach brings analysis, structuring and execution together under a single mandate, supporting the client throughout the process and coordinating, where necessary, leading firms, investors and other counterparties involved in the transaction.
