2. Data we process

We process the data you provide when booking a meeting through our Microsoft Outlook booking calendar and the data you enter in the brochure download form (full name, email, phone and, optionally, company), as well as any data you send us by email or phone.

3. Purposes

• To handle your meeting booking or brochure request and get in touch with you.
• To send you our services brochure and any information you have requested.
• To manage the pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationship.

No automated decisions are made and no profiles are built from your data.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request when you book a meeting (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if a professional relationship begins, for as long as it lasts. Thereafter, the data will be kept blocked for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Providers of web hosting, email and calendar services (Microsoft) may access it as data processors, under the safeguards required by the GDPR. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@binvestmentmanagement.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
