How we work.
A structured five-phase process, adapted to the nature, complexity and objectives of each transaction.
Analysis and definition
Initial analysis of the opportunity, definition of objectives and assessment of the main courses of action.
Structuring
Definition of the financial structure and coordination of the external advisers and counterparties required.
Preparation
Development of supporting materials and financial documentation, and preparation of the transaction for execution.
Execution
Dialogue with investors and counterparties, coordination of the review process and support during the negotiation of the key economic terms.
Closing and follow‑up
Coordination through to the signing of the transaction and ongoing support in line with the scope defined in the mandate.
Timeframes are indicative and will depend on the nature of the mandate, the complexity of the transaction and the involvement of third parties.
Committed capital
Capital is available from the outset: there is no need to go back to investors to fund and approve each transaction individually.
Management regulations
They set out in advance the investment policy, operating limits and powers of the management team within an agreed framework.
Agility and autonomy
The team executes swiftly within that framework, without having to convene a committee for every transaction.
A clear framework, aligned with investors.
Executional autonomy goes hand in hand with clear governance: defined rules, explicit limits and a transparent alignment of interests between the management team and investors.
That balance (decision-making capacity within an agreed framework) is what allows the team to move with agility without giving up control or oversight.
